It took 20 Buck Spin five long years, but we finally made the cut for an Aquarius Records Record Of The Week! They have seen fit to bestow the hallowed honor on Christian Mistress’s “Agony & Opium”, and rightly so! See their latest new arrivals list to read their thoughts on Olympia’s heavy metal legends.

The band played their LP release show last night in Olympia right across the street from Phantom City Records and we were blessed to have Dennis Dread along with Meadow and Chelsie come all the way from Portland for the occasion. Several 20 Buck Spin bands are on tour during September and October. Laudanum hit the road with Japan’s Black Ganion once again, this time in the latter’s home land as Laudanum travels overseas for the first time. NY, LA and Montreal dates have been confirmed for Christian Mistress.  Updated and confirmed dates for Wolvserpent’s October tour to coincide with their Blood Seed LP release are posted below. And finally, also embarking on their first overseas tour, NY’s Liturgy head to Europe to play in all areas of the continent.

The Christian Mistress LP is finally out in stores today everywhere. It’s been a long time coming. The band plays a record release show this Friday in Olympia, and about a month later kicks off their first full US tour with Thrones. The LP, CD and EP are all available in our webstore now.
