Boise, Idaho’s Pussygutt are now known as Wolvserpent. 20 Buck Spin will release the mysterious duo’s 4th LP (first under the new moniker) on October 5th, 2010. Entitled “Blood Seed” the album will manifest in physical form on vinyl only. The entire album will be streamed online in advance of the release date.

Undoubtedly the band’s finest release, the two sidelong tracks on “Blood Seed” have been honed and refined both in the studio and live for more than a year. Combining the duo’s trademark penchant for total doom riffage and orchestral horror in a most bone-chilling and decrepit fashion, Wolvserpent are reborn again on this magnum opus of somber moods and horrified sturm und drang.

Thus it is also written that Wolvserpent will emerge from their tombs of isolation to spread the mortuary drape across the U.S. as follows throughout the bereaved autumnal twilight of October. Tentative dates/cities are listed below:
